NorthWest Crossing (Lot 385)

Located in the heart of the NorthWest Crossing Development, this LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified project required unique use of landscape components to ensure that certain design criteria was being satisfied. The landscape program focused on water conservation through the use of indigenous drought-tolerant plant material, weather-based irrigation, and storm water management. This objective has been applied to each outdoor space and offered a unique opportunity to apply progressive design principles. The outdoor spaces and surrounding landscape provide a sustainable environment for a variety of commercial uses.
